      catered food once every few months.

      Cons

      Controlling, manipulative micromanaging supervisors- You must suck up to the director or she will demean you in everyday mannerisms. Everything is timed- even if you are 1 minute past your break, expect a courtesy email from a lazy supervisor. Management will decide right away if you are liked and will treat you accordingly.

      Benefits. Benefits. Benefits. Medical is a joke. For a family there’s a $5000 deductible. Makes us all avoid going to the doctor, how does that further productivity.

      Pros

      Co-workers are pleasant. Autonomy and independent nursing job. Set your own schedule. No weekends. Medical director is active and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor staff morale. Almost 90% turnover in professional staff in past 1 year. Serious concerns over safety / compliance issues. Always short staffed. Poor communication from office management to field staff. Charting is paper charting and absolutely ridiculous amounts of it- lots of double/triple charting of same information.
