      Over-all this hospice company is very rewarding spirituality, Vitas supports the family.

      Pros

      Vitas helps the family ,as a unit, get through the dying of a loved one. Team work is utilized well.

      Cons

      Sub-stanard wages , poverty level in fact. HORRIBLE RAISES... 401k cheap, no bonus, no incentive to advance, no profit sharing ,no stock option..need I say more
