Management changed when important people left. Not a family oriented place anymore in house. Management has no idea what its doing to many changes. If it wasn't for the staff there would be a lot more people leaving.. How can there be no raises giving employees on a lower scale 1-2% raises, when management gets 4-5% is awful. Don't you realize with out a staff you could not do all this work. The Company grosses Billions of dollars each year.
