      If you have a good supervisor the process will be easier to handle. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      The work schedules could be better to ensure staffing numbers are adequate for all shifts. There is always a gap or a lack of heads to meet the needs especially on the weekends. They recruit people to work mainly weekends and nights however that will cause burn out. Which increases the revolving door Low pay
