      There is no pros here..maybe the only pro is that your employed and cashing a check? Other than that NONE.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, companies upper management hands out position to close friends and family. Real talent is passed up for bosses “peoples”. creates an environment where no one is motivated to do work.
