      Pros

      Loved working for VITAS, only left because I had to move and the new area I went to didn't have a VITAS. I was treated fairly and with dignity at all times. When I needed overtime I was actually Thanked for staying over; unheard of with any job since sadly!

      Cons

      Depending on how well you negotiate in the beginning will determine how much money you will be paid per hour.
