      Good place to gather experience if you don't mind a lower pay

      - Good place to learn - Supervisors are generally relaxed and do not micro manage - Work is distributed well - Teams are effective and usually set up to succeed

      Cons

      -POOR Benefits -Lower pay -No opportunity for growth -Do not expect to get any sort of raise -Old management that is slow to adapt to changes -Zero incentive or rewards for performing well above what the job requires -No accountability for anyone above a manager

      Benefits were pretty good, with generous PTO

      Cons

      After a your patient dies, they would immediately send you to another patient. We has nurses needed to grieve as well.

      same old day to day life- telecare

      Pros

      getting a pay check every 2 weeks. having some good team mates/ co-workers.

      Cons

      Difficult to change schedules ( you are stuck for 6 months on your schedule or more). No sympathy given here for family ( sickness, death, etc...) - even though its a hospice. Management does not take time to listen to staff comments only cares about them selves.... list goes on, be very careful if you do decide to work with this department.
