Upper management is disorganized and most policy are coming from Florida and nor the department manager. Way too many supervisor.

Sales Management is not continuously trained nationally and each office works very differently. No idea how to effectively manage a sales team; managers created low team moral and unhelpful. Withheld important information to new sales team members, such as serious previous patient care errors. Did not disclose upfront they were under investigation by the DOJ. Sales Management did not live by patients come first motto. Awful benefits and low pay for job expectations.
