      Lots of PTO, Great Customers and sometimes great Managers

      Cons

      Highly Micromanaged company from the TOp Down. It youre numbers are low (Referrals). You better believe that corporate will ocme ride along with you. Monrning Conference calls (Extremly Annoying). Terrible corporate culture. They know nothing of sales and just want the numbers. They will send some operations guy who has never sold a thing in his life to ride along with you. Some managers are great but will ride you any chance they get. CRM system is awful, overkill.

      Pros

      Great Sales Training Program is provided when hired and plenty of deep pockets to feed the marketing campaigns on the buses, Bill boards, online and print!

      Cons

      Growth too fast! With the advertising dollars available the grew so fast the clinical side can not provide the quality care needed to provide to their dying patients. You can not re-do a bad death and that's what has happened to many patient and their families. Greed!
