      Pros

      Most employees are medical professionals who are very caring and nice to work with. The company is a recognized brand.

      Cons

      Medical professional lack business skills, yet they run the programs/offices, If you are not a nurse then you have little room to advance. Wages are low compared to other companies and the 401k is not good at all! Average benefits. If you are in middle management you are not privy to briefings on business performance. Ratings for the company have suffered given management do not understand how to put in place plans to deliver great customer service.
