      There are some nice people, who make the place feel like a family.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor communication, low pay, threats to terminate, verbal abuse, no encouragement to grow, and many other negative factors in the IT department.

      It’s all about number of patients admitted. Culture is financially driven. Could care less for their heavy lifting field nurses, staff. Check out their scores on hospicecompare.gov and see for yourself
