      Pros

      Great team, but horrible management and poor benefits even though it suppose to be under Healthcare. Pto and sick hours are placed together.

      Cons

      Management has no respect for privacy. Speak to HR and it will be given to management to strike back later on against your favor. No place to grow and if one work hard he/ she just working hard for their benefits because no one will appreciate it and take credit for once work. All the management's are against each other no team work or no moral values. If one speaks up to state the problem for a management he/ she gets written up for some random reasons.

      Helping patients and families through the dying process, working with an interdisciplinary team, meeting new people.

      Cons

      Large caseloads, never-ending paperwork, management (from the top) could use improvement in understanding the every-day life of the field workers, for-profit Co. mainly interested in bottom line numbers
