      Pros

      When I was working there, Vitas believed in the true meaning of what hospice is all about. I had the chance to meet some great people and had opportunities to learn from some wonderful nurses, as well as my patients. Every single patient taught me something, and I feel very lucky to have had the chance to work for this company.

      Cons

      Like most companies, there are going to be cliques, buddying up and politics. I learned the hard way that it was very easy for certain members of management to throw their underlings under the bus.
