Pros
slightly higher base pay than other companies. we get to sit down instead of standing all day. not much else to say anymore.
Cons
where do i begin? MICROMANAGING!! the supervisors are glorified baby-sitters. they get pressured to be this way. the department PCA talks to her employees like her bad children. the office has more cameras than a jewelry store and we don’t even have anything to steal. then the cameras only work when they want to catch you on your phone. when money goes missing from an employees purse, all of a sudden, the cameras don’t work. QA loves to comment on how calls should be triaged but they aren’t even medical personnel. there is so much i can say...
