The reps don’t only need to manage current accounts but to succeed need to facilitate the big chain meetings without corporate support. 6 company is in violation of overtime pay on every level. There is no lunch hour. Work you to the core and expect more. 7 . Have reps do continuing ed to clinical staff for CEUs 8 This is a hit and run company that has no value for their own staff that is supposed to show empathy and care and promote tjem

Staffing is very disorganized, you may be on a case and get rerouted at any time, cases changed at moments notice you may have confirmed assignments but you may be called just before your shift and your assignment has changed, dealing with families is emotionally taxing, poor communication, lots of meetings, they do not support their staff with patient family complaints. Lots of driving and no consistency.
