      Pros

      Taught to love to make a difference, Non-for-profit and money goes into other outreaches, 24 hours call center, years of love and experience.

      Cons

      Some states have programs who dont follow rules. Has also been sued for medicare freud. Not a reflection of whole company. Board is selfish. So company has lost its extra service to save money.

      They do not want to pay there office workers any money. They only one race of workers in there offices.

      same old day to day life- telecare

      Pros

      getting a pay check every 2 weeks. having some good team mates/ co-workers.

      Cons

      Difficult to change schedules ( you are stuck for 6 months on your schedule or more). No sympathy given here for family ( sickness, death, etc...) - even though its a hospice. Management does not take time to listen to staff comments only cares about them selves.... list goes on, be very careful if you do decide to work with this department.
