      Short 8 hour days and streemline paperwork.

      Cons

      Vitas have a one size fits all formula for hospice and start some people on pain meds before they have pain.

      Pros

      RN staff are nice and helpful to patients. They truly want the best.

      Cons

      Sales Management is not continuously trained nationally and each office works very differently. No idea how to effectively manage a sales team; managers created low team moral and unhelpful. Withheld important information to new sales team members, such as serious previous patient care errors. Did not disclose upfront they were under investigation by the DOJ. Sales Management did not live by patients come first motto. Awful benefits and low pay for job expectations.

      Never boring..enjoy the uniqueness of the patients..the families. .and the dynamic of the disease process on the human body

      No raises..alot of just wanting to reconcile paperwork and manager spreadsheets and printouts..not patient oriented foremost
