      Pros

      Love the environment. Management was very helpful. The schedule was good for family balance. They do activities for the entire staff where they bring food and entertainment.

      Cons

      Salary could be better other wise everything else was great.

      Decent pay, cool people to work with, fridays from home

      Cons

      depends on department but for collections its micromanagement to the max and productivity reviews are conducted by a person who doesnt know anything about collections or billing.
