      Pay is ok depending on your area of expertise.

      Cons

      They don’t care about their employees. Executive team is greedy only care about stock price. Benefits are terrible. Toxic work environment. They love to pull rank all the time. They will throw you under the bus every time they get an opportunity and they can be condescending. Hard to progress and advance.
