      Toxic Work Environment

      You are really making a difference in the lives of patients.

      Cons

      This used to be an amazing place to work until the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition was hired last year. She has created a work culture in the Miami office that is toxic and unpredictable. The hiring goals she has created are impossible to meet unless you work all day every day (including weekends) and there is absolutely no work life balance. The new leadership does not understand the business and has created policies that make us work harder with fewer result. The only real support we had was an onsite team lead who was very knowledgeable and was our only support.... but she was let go last week with no warning or explanation. Since then, the recruitment team has been in a panic and most of us are secretly looking for other jobs. We have no real leader and do not feel that our jobs are secure.
