If you are looking for a challenging work environment alongside work-life balance, this is the place for you. -Transparent leadership that provides constructive feedback in order for you to succeed. -Positive work environment -friendly and supportive coworkers -flexible work hours

Cons

Dynamically evolving and challenging environment, which means there is so much work to do. Great opportunity for those who are open to learning and love to take on challenges, but it's not for everyone.

Pros

If you are in search for a company which not only satisfies your pay check but also promptly looks for 'feedforwards' and holistic development of its employees - I'd suggest - LOOK NO FURTHER. Hungry, eager to learn, sharing best practices, not afraid of failing and looking forward to feed forwards is not only the mantra of VRIZE but also seamlessly seeped into the mindsets of all people who work here. Very soon one would realize and also notice that the name VRIZE is apt and very thoughtfully crafted. Kudos to all who work here unhinged and who are very relentless in all efforts put. Together VRIZE.

Cons

Honestly, I am surprised reading the Cons posted but all to his/her. Having worked with big IT giants and having being failed by their managements most miserably, all that I can say is - When Cons remain Cons with them (think of all the IT Giants and also the mediocre ones), but here at VRIZE Cons are worked and acted upon. It is and will always be a two way street. Each level of the hierarchy is heard regardless of time and place. And once heard, it is listened too at all levels.
