Pros

I've been at VSA for about 1 year now. The people I work with on a day to day basis are some of the smartest and nicest people. I'm able to collaborate with a wide range of folks—from younger talent, all the way up to executive leadership. Also, within the last year, the company has worked VERY hard to bring on some amazing new clients. You can definitely feel a wave of new energy being here.

Cons

Because it's such a collaborative space and people are so passionate, sometimes you have a lot of opinions. It can cause work to slow down, but it's all coming from a good place.

Pros

Flat organization: if you want to step up, you can. It's open for you to take initiative and lead. But has to be on your own, no one helps guide you to do it.

Cons

Poor leadership in all projects. The company is lacking an vision of who they are and want to be. Instead they're focused on one client and doing anything for them, regardless of the quality of work. Teams are lacking process and clear methods to deliver good work for clients.
