Pros

Most of the people were really nice and I was impressed by the talent- they are the best in the industry. It seems like everyone gets along and most people are close friends. The work is more varied than it seemed initially and everyone seems to work well together with a focus on quality of design.

Cons

A few very loud, toxic individuals make working there very difficult. They have big egos and they drown out the voices of others who are more thoughtful. Unfortunately, these people are very political and seem to get their way and move up the ladder very quickly because leadership turns a blind eye to their bad behavior and cannot discern their real intentions. And the projects still need more focus on technology and UX. Lots of long hours for everyone, especially design, which I guess is typical of an agency.

Pros

The people here are amazing. They are the brightest, yet most humble group, I've ever worked with. From the leadership, down to the staff level, everyone makes sound, fair decisions.

Cons

It can longer than needed to make a decision on things. Since everyone works collaboratively, you might need buy-in from stakeholders where in other companies you wouldn't need it. The people take great pride in their work, too. So if the product isn't perfect, you might get some pushback. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is something I have had to adapt to.
