Good work/life balance, nice people, understanding environment in case something unexpected came up, mostly fun projects.

Cons

The company was losing business but was trying to remedy that by changing things that were certainly not the problem (like going from remote work to a hybrid model). Sometimes the executives or clients would nit-pick at deliverables AFTER they'd been approved, and that's how things would go over budget or fall behind schedule.
