Pros
Autonomy and self-management are keywords. You have a world of possibilities in front of you. A daily task that all of us have to make is choose which one of these possibilities we’ll tackle first and which one we deliberately will not.
Words that we hear from our CEO himself are that we will never be able to do 100% of the requirements. Our job is to always think about scalability even in what to do or what to trust that a partner will be able to deliver, always thinking about developing our community as well.

A plus is that we work with clients/peers from around the world, with that we learn a lot about how people different than us and with other languages think and interact.
Cons
Horizontal structure is a good and bad thing. If you are not used to take the drive seat of your own path/daily basis tasks, VTEX it’s not for you.
