Pros
VTEX has an amazing culture which is supported by strong and sincere leadership. The technology is rock solid and some of the talent is the best you'll find in the world. The company has a high level of integrity, standard and transparency to it's employees, partners and clients. You can feel the passion and sense the sincere genuineness from the Co-CEO's and other Sr. Management.
I've work at many companies, held numerous executive management level positions and I can say this is one of the best if not best cultures I've been a part of.
Employees work hard, collaborate with each other and are proud to be at VTEX.
There is very little finger pointing and relatively minor politics compared to organizations of similar size, at least for now. Anybody who can work their way into VTEX should consider themselves fortunate.
Like any company, there will be some free loaders here and there, but there are many geniuses within VTEX and it is invigorating to work along side motivative, talented people for a greater cause.
Compensation is fair, the leadership treats you like adults and the company is striving towards a high standard to leap frog VTEX to the top of the ecommerce platform landscape.

Not many, but there are growing pains in some of the emerging markets and growing pains for a company who is taking off like a rocket ship
