Where do I start, nothing seems to work here, everyone seems to be doing their own thing. I have never worked for such a disconnected company. There is a new plan every few months, layoffs every few months, confidence building every few months, rinse and repeat.

Most people were very friendly, had good work/life balance, and had summer Fridays.

Cons

Lacking development opportunities. No/low raises, below market pay. Just went through large layoffs. Feels like executives look down on the employees.
