      Pros

      Blown away by how much energy and time VTS has put into transitioning to a fully remote environment over the last year! There are a set of different programs added to my calendar weekly, which allows me to feel like I can easily build breaks into my workday, everyone is respectful of your 'after hours' time, and the stipend has been so useful in helping me create a comfortable WFH setup!

      Like any start up there are a lot of ups and downs throughout the companies lifecycle. These can be difficult to manage at times, but not unlike any other company out there. The team enables you to get through them.
