If you see a problem and tackle it, you can expand on that win to earn greater opportunities, position advancement, etc. -Healthy work/life balance grounded in company values, time with family at leadership levels -Really great people across all departments and a genuine, happy team-first attitude -Diversity & Inclusion is actually treated as a strategic imperative. It's not just lip service. -The product truly works. It's appreciated by customers from C Suite to Entry Level. It's a magical product-market fit made clear in our churn & expansion numbers.

      Cons

      -Leadership can be a bit overly involved in execution at lower levels -Company can often bite off too much instead of staying focused on doing a few things well/nailing a new product/feature/offering before moving onto the next big ticket item.
