      Pros

      The company is in a good market. Fun snacks in the kitchen.

      Cons

      Horrible bro culture - worst I've seen by far. Badly managed. Badly organized. Company parties are the worst, it feels like I'm back in college. Most people are very inexperienced. It's a mess, really.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome. Great work-life balance, healthcare, maternity/paternity policy & culture. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and invests time/money into improving culture & diversity. We have a part-time company psychologist to help employees navigate difficult workplace challenges. Everyone is amazing to work with, inclusive and incredibly smart - we work very hard, and have a lot of fun together!

      Cons

      No 401k match yet, but all other benefits are very good.

      Potential CRE disruption; some really great team-members; CRE experience; benefits are good, but average for start-ups

      Cons

      most of management is clueless and inexperienced; bro culture; been trying to figure out culture, growth, and product for years now; attrition is huge; no one thinks the executives (if you could call them that) are able to manage and run a company; lots of employees just cruising; a couple of bad apples
