Pros

We are making a product that is going to change the way one of the largest investment classes in the world operates. We are only scratching the surface of what our company can become and the amazing products we can deliver. As a result, everyone at VTS takes there job seriously and works fast, all while having fun along the way.

Cons

Growing from 50 to 200 employees in 2 years is never easy. As we grow we run into bottle necks of all sorts. Sometime new teams are created to do a job, but the old team that used to do it doesn't seamlessly transition that project which can cause trickle down problems.

Pros

VTS has a really great positive vibe. Nick is an awesome leader and the company is winning. No one can stop us and we just need to keep pushing.

Cons

Lately we've lost some really talented people who've been with company long time, especially from product. I think the team is not moving as fast as we used to be and that can be a reason why great players are leaving.

Pros

The biggest pro about VTS is hands down the people - our company is filled with people that put a smile on my face every single day. No matter what office they are in, what division they belong to, or if it's over Zoom or in person - it's a family atmosphere. Second pro would be the vision and how motivating our leadership/management is - it makes it easy to come to work when you report to the most intense and driven people you know - this is contagious. Also, having a product that is changing the industry humbles you to be a part of something much greater than yourself.

Cons

An adjusted culture - I would like us to get back to our culture that was focused on results. Process is 100% needed in order to grow - but let's not forget what got us to this point - doing whatever it takes to get it done, for the customer and for our team.
