      Pros

      - The business seems stronger than ever in my opinion and the sky should be the limit in the next few years - Really healthy engineering culture. Feel like you can produce your best work without rushing to just get things done - Flexible WFH and unlimited PTO (that you can actually take) - do great work and deliver on your commitments and that's what matters

      Cons

      - Cross department relationships could be improved. Would be good for the business & the happiness of employees

      The people, the autonomy, the space for innovation and building. The work-life balance. The constant strive to be better both personally and as a company.

      Cons

      Some leadership lacks experience and it can be frustrating.
