Pros

VTS isn't just a regular SaaS company, it is a company that is entirely changing the industry of commercial real estate. It is fast paced, the technology is innovative and the people are incredible. I genuinely love coming to work every day and I never thought that was possible until I made the switch from corporate America. A list of pros: - Challenging problems to solve - Collaborative environment where everyone is willing to help and work together - The best colleagues anyone could ask for - Unlimited PTO - Free lunch 2 days a week - Fully stocked kitchen - Management that actually cares about their employees being happy - Upgraded workspace coming soon!

Cons

The merger shook things up a lot but things are always changing at start ups so you just constantly have to be on your toes! Not clear career paths but management is currently working on defining that.

Innovative people with a passion to build a strong company and product. It's nice to come to work everyday and feel like I'm surrounded by friends . The people make it fun and engaging.

Cons

Still has a lot of startup struggles but they're easy to work through.
