      Pros

      - The people are top notch. It's refreshing being able to work along side people that you also love hanging out with. - VTS has an opportunity to become THE platform for commercial real estate. It's nice being somewhere I can see my equity actually having real value in the future. - Leadership is taking steps to intentionally invest in building a phenomenal culture.

      Cons

      - The recent merger has resulted in some turnover, but I suppose that's expected.

      It's a great product and an exciting vision for serving the CRE industry; it both solves and poses interesting problems and opportunities. Totally fun for problem-solvers and architects in pretty much every aspect of business.

      The open plan office noise can get intense.
