Pros
The senior management team is world class, both professionally and personally. This is a high-growth company who views employees as assets, not liabilities. Management displays exceptional integrity and fairness. Many opportunities for advancement. I appreciate their commitment to employee work/life balance. The company has an impeccable reputation with clients and I am proud to work for VXI. The company takes an interest in, and partial responsibility, for my success. Management has "had my back" repeatedly and I have great trust and respect for them. The organization is relatively flat and there are virtually no company politics. Management never asks me to do something they aren't willing to do themselves--they lead by example. Competency in the company is unusually high. Though not perfect (no company is) this is a great place to work and I'll fight anyone who says differently! :)
Cons
There are only two that I can think of. 1. The pay is good, but not exceptional--somewhat above the norm, but not at the top end of the scale. 2. Because the company is such a high-growth organization, it's hard to keep up and sometimes things get hectic. This is usually temporary until staffing can catch up. This is a typical "growing pain" of any company that's been growing at 30% to 40% annually for the past 4 years. I'll trade that problem any day for working for a company with constant layoffs or threat of layoffs.
