Pros

Vynyl has a very diverse and talented team. They work hard to create a culture and make sure employees have buy-in and a voice in each project they work on. The owners care about each employee and they have a focus on quality of both people and work. Everyone from the top down cares about development of the team and encourages them to work on projects that help them grow.

Cons

The office doesn't really match the people and culture. A newer space, downtown would make the company seem more connected to the tech industry.

Pros

Vynyl has only improved over the years. Compensation is fair and competitive. The development team has become stronger and more versatile. Our designers are top notch. Project management is both efficient and easy to handle as a developer. - Completely Remote - Competitive Salaries - Never had a time off request denied - 4% match 401k immediately vested - Medical, Vision, Dental, Life - Diverse team that's very respectful

Cons

The team is based all over the US, so we can't all have a beer after work. Clients don't always use our entire team, so occasionally we'll be stuck working with designers/developers from other companies (though even that's rarely terrible).
