Continued Change for the better

Pros

Flexible schedules, bonus plan attached to learning new things, health benefits paid 100%, stocked breakroom with beer fridge and snacks, a new VR room with a VIVE. Things continue to change for the better with new employee perks seeming to be added every 3-6 months. Good place to get in on the ground floor...

Cons

Still a growing company. Missing some of the "corporate" perks. While still growing, missing upward mobility in job responsibilities.

Pros

Good health insurance. Flexible schedule if you're one of the ones they like.

Cons

Since the merger, the company has been filled with anti employee attitudes. Management wants to drain you dry. Management is not open or honest and will randomly attack employees in public. They will lowball you on everything, people get paid here based on whether they will stick up for what they deserve. There are no real vacation days there is a weird system of getting billable hours. Which punishes you if you aren't given enough work or support. No 401k, life insurance, etc. Bonus is unreliable.
