Strong leadership team with lots of experience, 401k with matching, Health/Dental/Vision insurance, well stocked break room that's tailored for the employees, great remote work flexibility, company parties (Shakespeare festival, fancy dinners, go kart racing), very reasonable regarding leave and working from home, Super engaged with Boise's development and startup community, Monthly meetings about the state of the company (hiring plans, upcoming contracts, events) Our development team is the strongest it's ever been, there isn't a single person on the team I wouldn't want to work on a project with

Cons

Delecate balance of development need and capacity sometimes create scenarios where some employees get leaned on heavily for a while (risk of burnout) We're outgrowing the office building in Boise, which has had all sorts of issues that impacted our ability to work.
