A Great Place to Work on Great Projects

Pros

We get to build great products using many different platforms and many different technology stacks and tools. We get to work on projects across different industries. The people at Vynyl are all great and there's a real focus on excellent performance and career development.

Cons

Serving clients is not for everyone, so, if you don't like working on a diverse set of business-critical projects, Vynyl might not be for you. Also, the static electricity is off the charts, especially in winter - although I guess that's more of a building issue than a Vynyl issue.

Pros

Flexible schedules, bonus plan attached to learning new things, health benefits paid 100%, stocked breakroom with beer fridge and snacks, a new VR room with a VIVE. Things continue to change for the better with new employee perks seeming to be added every 3-6 months. Good place to get in on the ground floor...

Cons

Still a growing company. Missing some of the "corporate" perks. While still growing, missing upward mobility in job responsibilities.

Pros

Vynyl has a very diverse and talented team. They work hard to create a culture and make sure employees have buy-in and a voice in each project they work on. The owners care about each employee and they have a focus on quality of both people and work. Everyone from the top down cares about development of the team and encourages them to work on projects that help them grow.

Cons

The office doesn't really match the people and culture. A newer space, downtown would make the company seem more connected to the tech industry.
