- Office building itself (plumbing, static electricity, not downtown) - Sometimes difficult to coordinate with teammates with such flexible schedules

Thank you for your feedback. Although it's a little confusing. This review states, "Good salary, benefits are great and a free coffee and snacks". Yet, also states VYNYL "needs to provide for their employees"? VYNYL has a management culture that is highly sensitive to employee needs and has shown endlessly a willingness to accommodate whatever those needs are. As a supposed currently employee, instead of leaving a non-specific anonymous review, I would highly recommend talking with your direct manager to work through specific issues. You will mostly likely find a willingness to help, support and resolve whatever issues you are having.
