Pros

Highly effective entrepreneurial individual contributors and leadership team, positive team dynamics, very agile and strong on the tech side, wide-open working environment (lots of cross-functional collaboration), constantly improving the product. Each member of the team has the opportunity to make a material difference in working to build the company and brand. Everyone is accountable for their area of expertise, and there is strong emphasis on working smarter than the day before. Everyone works hard, from top-to-bottom and we all like to roll up the sleeves together. We are building the best marketplace for traveling families, and getting to learn a ton from each other in the process.

Cons

For individuals interested in working in a true start-up environment, and who are comfortable with some risk/uncertainty in exchange for medium or long-term growth opportunities, Vacatia is a great place to be. Individuals who are more interested in immediate financial gains or a very strong salary, call us in a year or so.
