      Can work remotely, some nice people here

      Cons

      We are expected to do so much with nonexistent support from management. There software we use is ridiculous. For example we are expected to manage resort reservations in a spreadsheet! No investment in people or technology.

      Nothing works and there are too many applications and lines of communication to work with. More is not better! Upper management has no clue what they are doing and gives nothing but pass the buck answers and no direction
