      I've been with the company for over a year and enjoy working here. - My direct report is supportive, checks-in, and gives guidance - They give me the tools I need to do my job - The company is results oriented with relatively flexible work hours

      A few really great people

      Cons

      Upper management is ridiculous. They change directions constantly and run off the best people. The CEO continues to meddle in ever facet of the work and she routinely screws things up. I guess the company had some early success but those days are long gone.
