Pros

I get to work from home. There's plenty to do. Lots of new tools to learn

Cons

It's technically a hospitality company but uses a lot of tech/IT stuff. Despite being around since 2014, it still feels like a startup in many ways because of how disorganized it is. Management has constantly shifting priorities. There is too much work. Work/life balance is terrible. I WFH, but of course am not paid that well as a result. The overall work culture emphasizes speed over quality and really makes you feel like a cog in a machine, not a person. You're not valued as an individual here, and you will be reminded of that every day.
