Pros

I began my journey at Vacatia in 2025 and it has been nothing short of an incredible experience. From the people you work with to the projects you work on, you feel like you are apart of something big. Vacatia believes in development, challenging the status quo and energizing yourself to build and deliver. The difference between Vacatia and other companies I've worked with is that they actually care about you as a person. The work you are doing makes true impact and contributes to something you can say you were apart of years down the road. I am so happy I joined such a welcoming and forward thinking company! Highly recommend

Cons

Growing pains that come with start-up environments. On the flip side, there are tons of opportunities to make a huge impact to improve processes and create efficiencies.

Pros

Vacatia has an incredibly positive and collaborative culture. People genuinely care about their work and about each other, and leadership is accessible, transparent, and open to new ideas. Over the past year, the company has experienced significant growth, and it’s exciting to be part of an organization that’s evolving, investing in its people, and building for the future. Work-life balance is truly respected here. There’s flexibility and trust, and performance is measured by impact rather than hours logged. Teams are supportive, communication is strong, and there’s a real sense that everyone is working toward shared goals. There are also meaningful opportunities for professional growth. As the company scales, new roles, responsibilities, and learning opportunities continue to open up. If you’re proactive and motivated, you’re encouraged to grow, take ownership, and help shape processes rather than just inherit them.

Cons

Like any growing company, there’s a lot of change—which may not be for everyone. However, leadership does a good job communicating priorities and bringing teams along as the business evolves.
