      Pros

      The people are great. I really enjoy the people I get to work with. We are a startup that is growing which means there are lots of opportunities for change and iterative improvement without the red tape.

      Cons

      It's a startup that comes with the usual scaling growing pains. If you are looking for a very structured environment where your job is outlined by just your job description this probably isn't the company for you.

      Pros

      There is a variety of work and numerous opportunities to make a meaningful impact. I enjoy the people I work with and find the CEO to be both smart and empathetic. I also believe in the business model and think it is creating something positive.

      Cons

      As with any startup, sometimes there is not always a process for something that would exist in a larger company. Also, the business and the overall market are dynamic. This means more change relative to some other environments I've experienced. It's not necessarily bad, but I see some personality types struggle with it more than others.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed the fast pace and the roundtable approach to our company. We have a lot of smart people who have very specialized skills from both inside and outside our industry. It has been an exciting adventure to see our industry through a different light.

      Cons

      Because of the fast pace, the onboarding can sometimes feel like you're having to figure out things on the go, but there is always someone you can ask and everyone wants each other to succeed.
