Pros

Amazing coworkers who does everything to help you become successful. Friendly atmosphere and managers who goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need to thrive in the company. Also a lot of amazing perks. Great Benefits. And a really good work life balance.

Cons

The same as every sales job really. Save your money for when lead flow is high because there will be slow seasons!

Pros

money is good when its good. fun coworkers and they bring food often. everyone is losing their mind right along with you

Cons

management is very condescending and they use fear as motivation. they’ve threatened to let ai replace their agents. they keep everything extremely vague but also complicated so that they can switch up their rules daily. they’ll corner you and gaslight you into thinking you did something you didn’t do. they hate to be called out for their wrongdoings and will get very nasty with you if you try to communicate with you. the whole company is a sham. nothing is real about it. policies don’t make sense, but if you become besties with management and continue to make them money, you’re a golden child. otherwise you might as well be their worst enemy.
