Pros

Easy location to drive to. Annie was very friendly.

Cons

Training lasted about 10 minutes after that they handed me a script and said get to it. Constantly telling me I would get to listen to their top reps spiel to help develop my own. After about 5 days I gave up asking. I worked in a room selling timeshare resale advertising. The room was split in 2 and the other side was acting as a consumer consultant group helping people get out of their ownership. The whole thing just felt like a scam. Call transfers were supposed to rotate to different reps but in 3 or 4 weeks I received a handful of transfers where other reps who had been there were getting 5 or 6 a day. Management pretended to care but never did anything about it. Track your accounts and call backs outside of their program. I actually caught a manager stealing a call back of mine, taking the credit card info switching the account into his name. Only reason I found out is because I had a call back scheduled in Outlook, otherwise I would have never known. When I reported it to upper management I was told that we would split the commission 50/50 since he got the card info. Crazy considering the customer told me to call her back for the card as she was driving on the highway and didnt want to root through her purse. Little to no business ethics in this line of work at all.

Entry Level to Manager - Review

Pros

I started with the company during my last year of college. They offered me full-time employment upon graduation and I accepted. I have been with the company for 8 years. The last 4 years I have been in a management role. The company generally moves at a fast pace and is always looking for opportunities to expand. They give employees the opportunity to develop and move into different departments and roles. The owners of the company, and everyone in upper management, really care about the people working for them. They listen to new ideas and are all very approachable. The CEO addresses the company on a regular basis and keeps everyone informed on the state of things and future plans.

Cons

When I started the company was very small. Although it’s constantly expanding, there isn’t a specific corporate structure for someone trying to plan their entire career. Changes are being made to provide this type of information to employees looking for it.

Pros

The work environment is great. We all work together as a team keeping the same goal in mind. The work environment is warm, friendly and professional at the same time. They value employees' contributions Managers practice an open-door policy and care about what you have to say. Managers also endorse and empower you to make decisions that are aligned with your level of expertise, experience, and knowledge. I enjoy the weekly huddles where employees are recognized by their achievements, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. There is alignment between my personal values and principles and the company values and principles. Work ethics, punctuality, honesty, accountability, etc. A key factor to keep in mind is the potential for growth. The company has grown significantly in the last few years and will continue to grow as expressed by the leadership team. They are also committed to making the company a great place to work for. It is a real pleasure to work for a company that you truly look forward to coming to work every day. I also enjoy the different non-work related activities planned each month including: health fair, company-paid lunch for everyone, contests, etc.

Cons

The company may consider implementing news/releases with updates regarding the company roadmap, plans for growth, current and future initiatives, etc.
