Pros

Understanding the full spectrum of the Timeshare industry, focused on the resale.

Cons

1) Extreme case of Micro Managing. 2) Want you to sell their in-house inventory but you will be punished for doing so by taking a massive percentage loss 3) People constantly quit and are fired. There are many different dept. This review is for the licensed agents. 4) They might have some non licensed people selling real estate and are paid commissions on the sale 5)Many cutthroat negative co-workers and are caddy towards us women

Pros

A fast paced work environment where the company maintains the ability to be flexible within an industry that has no norms. The company is small, so you are never just a number. Ideas are heard and, if they're good, used to create change.

Cons

Being a small company there is no career path for young professionals looking for a way to work their way up through an organization.
