Pros

I have been working at Vacation Innovations for over 5 years. Each day I get to learn something new and different to better myself as an employee. I come to work happy and leave happy each day. I started out working in an entry level position and have worked my way to up to be a respected salaried employee. Not only does Vacation Innovations have a competing salary/commission structure but they also offer a great 401k package along with benefits, which is hard to find at competing companies these days. This company is always looking to the future with ways to innovate the industry and I am so happy to be a part of it.

I cannot think of anything.

Pros

It is a pleasure working with Vacation Innovations. I will be starting my 8th year as of July 2015. They are very flexible with opportunities of growth. I am extremely satisfied with our staff and continued efforts in improving the quality of customer service to help our clientele. . I can honestly say they care about their employees and their future careers.

Cons

There is so much potential as far as salary is concerned. To work here you have to be prepared to work diligently. You have to be self-motivated and have a great personality. As long as you are a hard-worker and able to focus on your goals in your life then you will do great.

A company that promises a lot but doesn't follow through.

Pros

Most people get Christmas off. Sometimes you get to leave at your designated times. There are some really cool people to suffer through the job with.

Cons

They change the commission pay structure to best make the company money and screw the sales guys. They have unrealistic ideas of what people can sell weekly. The company does a lot of things that are shady. They do not care for the employee and have laid off hundreds of people at time so the management can keep their million dollar salaries
